Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I am creating a revocable trust and would like to designate one trustee to be responsible for the rental of my property and a different trustee to be responsible for property maintenance. Is this acceptable?

You can have special trustees for particular purposes, but it would be better to have one Trustee, who can hire other people to do things like property maintenance.
