credit card use after parent's death
can a heir use the parents's credit card after their death or use a line of credit?

The cards should have been closed during the probate process. The answer to your question is �no� they cannot be used.

He can, but it is credit card fraud and fraud of the estate.

The answer to your question is no. Having said, that, many heirs do use a credit card, but doing so is fraud, and credit card accounts are supposed to be closed as part of the probate process.
