Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

after my dad died my sister moved into my parents house and i took her to mediation and gave her two yrs to buy me out or i would take the note on a 4plex that she went in on with my father. My attorney never filed with the courts and have been giving me the run around and i still havent recieved the deed to the 4 plex. Im also coming to find out the my sister has taken two loans out on the 4plex and is trying to file bankrupt
