Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My dad died 5 years ago this month. My sister and her husband (a lawyer) are the executors. They are stoling in disregarding my request for them to settle the estate. How can I get them to settle the trust?

Depending on the seriousness of the delay, you might petition the superior court for an accounting, distribution, and perhaps termination of the executor.

you should retain a qualified attorney to provide you with advise regarding this situation, and, if necessary, prepare any necessary petitions to the court for accounting and possible removal of the executors (trustees?).
