Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

After the death of my father, his house went to me, and his vehicle to his long estranged ex-wife due to her name being on title. What provisions are there for her entering my property to retrieve said vehicle?

The ex-wife has no right to enter the property and retrieve the vehicle. On the other hand, you are not entitled to unreasonably obstruct the orderly transfer of your father's assets.

The administrator of your father's estate should be handling this matter. If the estate is not going through probate, then this should be handled by the person who is otherwise handling your father's affairs. An amicable resolution should be reached as to this matter, however.
