Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

After my death, how can I state in my trust that my son's wife is not permitted in my house or on my property until my estate has been processed? My son is a beneficiary, but i have disowned his wife.

You can't state anything after your death.

As far as keeping your son's wife off your property, you can express that wish to your successor trustee, who has a duty to preserve the property, but I doubt that you could make it enforceable.
