Can deceased's RLT now Admsttve Trst w/Crprt Sccssr TTEE be successfully broken?
Dcsd's nw Admnsttive Trst hldng bene's shrs in trst for ech %s. Crprt Ttee holds Total Discrtnry Pwrs over Trstrs only chlds prtn. Bebef is Sr. Ctzn w/only SSDI income. Extrm scrtny was plcd on ths bene due to trstrs mntl prblms and dprssn era fears. The Crprt TTEE is nt acting in bene's own bst intrsts and bene hs become physclly ill due to strss of no incme per mo to cvr fd and bills.
Bene endures mch pain due to situation. Has no hx of mismng her mny and ws slf sppting for yrs. What are the chances or meathods that might cause the court to free up her inhritnce so she can live a normal life and not be under the views of strangers opnions. The situation is becoming a huge mental and physical health problem for the benef. How can she obtain relief through a court of law? TTEE ignors calls and has offered no wrttn infrmtn on their policies and procedures with respect to her account. PLEASE ANY HELP APPRCTD!!

The trustee can be removed for many reasons. Sometimes facts such as these are mere symptoms of a bigger problem. Would need more information to be of any help here. Feel free to call me.

Your really have to write full words and sentences. It is too hard to try to figure out your concern and question. Try again if this does not answer you. Any trust can possibly be broken and/or trustee removed in a court action depending upon there being compelling facts to do so. It requires litigation.
