Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Decedent passes away intestate. He is survived by five half-siblings on his father's side (three from one mother and two from another). He is also survived on his mother's side by his grandmother and uncle (mother's sister). The grandmother passes away one year later. Is the surviving uncle entitled to any part of the estate? If so, what percentage?
