what do i need to get a deed on my property and to add family member to property

A new deed and a preliminary change of ownership statement.
Depending on the family member transferred to, there may or may not be additional taxes.

To get a copy of the act in which you acquired title to the property, you need to go to the courthouse in the parish where the property is located and they can help you obtain a copy. As far as adding a family member's name on the property, you need to contact an attorney to prepare an act of donation or sale, depending on how you want to transfer the property to the family member.
