Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I am about to get a default judgement against my sister in a breach of trust suit. As trustee she never informed me of my beneficiary status and swindled my grandmother who had dementia and forged both our names using fake notary stamps. She is not appearing knowing she got caught and I am in pro per as no attorney would take the case. My judges wants me to amend my petition to include declarations and request what monetary judgement I want. Do I need to include her current husband on the suit as well as the 3 businesses and corporation she is president to as AKA;s and serve them as well? Can a wife being sued with joint assets and property in both nanes be seized if I sue only one? My sister was the trustee but his name is signed on all the properties and securities they bought together using the trust funds

If the husband was complicit in the fraud committed by your sister, yes, you should include him as a defendant.
Are you sure there are no attorneys willing to look into this case?
