Re: Desceaded mothers property

Is there a probate? How has the estate been handled? Is there also real property involved? More information is needed to answer your question completely, however, you can find the forms necessary at our site www.No-Probate.com, go to the "small estates" link on the front page.

If you require additional assistance, I can be reached at 626-578-0708 or through the No-Probate site.

There is no specific form. There are procedures and they are understood and known by numbers of attorneys who are expert in probate/estate planning. What you must do is hire somebody who has the credentials to represent you in such a matter. Maybe, your sister isn't trying to do anything wrong but just follow the dictates of your mother. You should bring all of the paperwork to the attorney and let him/her advise you appropriately. Paid for advice is better than for advise.
