Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I have discovered fraud

A trustee of my father's trust has the same name that I have. He has acting as me being a partner

in a general partnership. Signed my name to documents and sold the property my brothers and I

where partners in. The trustee sold the property

less than a month after my father died , without

court approval and without notifying any of the

partners. I have recently discovered fraud in the

notary book. My father's estate was worth over

seven million dollars. What should I do ?

Re: I have discovered fraud

Get to an attorney familiar with trust litigation right away! I could say more, but you need to stop this trustee from doing any more possible harm, and try to undo the harm he may have already done.
