Disinheritence

My father died recently. there will and trust stated that I would inherit the property we have all been living on since I was a kid. Now my mother wants start selling off all my inheritence including the house, motorhome and vehicle, which were willed to me. My fater would be crushed. How do I stop this! I don't think she is thinking straight

the will and/or trust will need to be reviewed by an attorney to determine what your rights are at this time.

This question cannot be answered without reviewing the documents. For example, if your mother is trustee, with the usual powers, she may have authority to sell the property.

If your statement that she is not "thinking straight" is an implication that she is no longer competent, that's another legal issue for which you should seek legal advice about a conservatorship (or some other means of protecting your mother and the property), whether or not she is selling off your inheritance. You should probably take the trust/will and any other documents to an attorney asap.
