distribution list after death

my mother just recently passed and she was under a conservatorship (3rd party) for 10 years. Conservator was made trustee, yet my siblings and I are all joint executors of the trust. Who will make the distribution of the trust the conservator or us (successor trustees) and how long will it take from the date of my moms death?
