distribution of trust assets

My uncle had a living trust with Kavesh, Minor and Otis in Torrance, Ca. He passed away in May of 2004 and we have not yet received the bulk of our inheritance. Is there a time limit? The atty's office is not returning our calls.

The actual trustee would be responsible for timely and reasonable distribution of the assets at issue. If the trustee is failing to reasonably communicate with you or distribute the assets in a reasonably timely manner, then you have other legal alternatives in getting what you are entitled to promptly.
