I wish people would quit asking "What is my punishment going to be?" I wish people would ask, instead, "How do I fight the charges and send the DA home with his tail between his legs?"

If I were the judge. I would make you sit in a room with some railroad engineers and let them tell you about all the dumbass people who walked on railroad tracks and got hit by trains and who died miserable deaths or had both their legs cut off.

you're in the wrong category... although if you make a habit of hanging out on railroad tracks, perhaps you should do some estate planning.
