Donating human organs
my mother wants to sell her organs at time of her death for cost of removal, so they can be used to give someone the gift of life

Don't Think so. My last read on the law was that you can give them away, but you cannot sell them. I do not have the legal citation for you, though

Don't have to sell them.
Give them away. The organ collectors can't charge the estate for their cost of harvestingthe organs! I never heard of such a thing.
Her state's laws probably have an organ donor law,e.g., a card to carry or a sticker for a license. Justuse their procedure.
