due to mt credit standing at the time my cousin took a lone in her name to buy our house that we have been payinf for , She never did anything about putting it in our name . now she has died . do I have any legal right to our home

If the house was purchased in your cousin's name for your benefit and only your money was used for the purchase, you have rights to the house. You need to consult with an attorney immediately so that you can protect your rights to the house.
