Durable Power of Attorney

How many people can be designated, or legally empowered, to make ''durable power of attorney'' decisions for a person?

You can appoint as many people as you want. However, I advise my clients to only choose one at a time. If you make it a "committee" decision, you increase the chance of disagreement among the peoplel you appointment to make the decisions. I recommend 2-3 trusted people to serve in order of preference, not at the same time.
