ececutor not doing her job

My cousin is executor of our uncles estate,how long by California law do you have to settle an estate,it has been about a year now,she has not even put his property on the market yet?What is her legal responsibility to the other relatives that are named in my uncles will?

depending on the county, you may be able to check the status of the probate online. you will need the case number and the name of the decedent.
