My elderly grandmother has her 60yr son living with her, he's on drugs, she has a living trust but dont want to pay again for adding an addition to it. she has named me (grandaughter)in charge of her estate. She wants my uncle to vacate her home at the time of her passing. he has no keys. do we just write something and have it notorized or what else to do? what do we say in legal term if we write ourselves?

Go online to my site www.IWant2CreateMyLegacy.com and download my free special report about the 7 most common mistakes people make regarding Living Trusts, etc. You can buy a trust amendment form on the site for a small amount. But, I recommend that you make sure you know what you are doing and why. I encourage people to do these things themselves. But, so as not to make expensive mistakes, you need to take responsibility and educate yourself. I wrote a short and easy to read book for that purpose. Get it. You can order it from that same site or from Amazon if you prefer, but get it.

your grandmother should retain a qualified attorney. anything that she does on her own is unlikely to accomplish her goals and could be counterproductive and result in unintended consequences.
