Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Nearly my entire town of paradise ca. burned to the ground and my living trust was burned up at my home as well as the attorneys office lost all copies when their office burned and there is no copies at the bank etc.. any advise? The attorney who was maintaining the will wants $2000 to draw up another one... I just lost nearly everything and don't really have $2000 to spare.. The state and FEMA want a copy for debris clean up.. I have till the 31st to sort this out

I am sorry to say that if the original and any copies no longer physically exist, you will have to create a new one.
