Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

entitlement and unpaid child support

we had a trust when married 16 years and ex scribbled out minors and initaled prior to death 5/99 in Orange Co. Appeals upheld and minors out but are they entitled to anything? two adult sons from previous marriage want all but minors (10 and 16) get nothing? have abstract of judgement for past unpaid court ordered child support on community property, filed claim 8/99 but rejected 10/99 (no reason). past att. took to family law to get money judgement but said dead so probate. att. sent to appeals and appeals upheld but past probate time? how can i get my kids their money now? should i file a motion to reopen/late filing for civil suit? wait for property sale (want their half now although we reside in) or other ideas? any help would be greatly appreciated, as the kids deserve their money after growing up in poverty.

Re: entitlement and unpaid child support

Ex has the right to cut the kids out of the trust. They get nothing there. Have a lawyer look over your paperwork to see if you can enforce the unpaid child support order against the estate.
