Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

The Right to Estate Assets

My father has been arrested for child pornography charges by the federal government. At the time he was caught he was fleeing with the help of his 4th wife. My fathers estate is easily worth 10+million.

The Fed's have frozen his accounts.

One of his victims is my 11yr daughter, who lives with my ex-wife, who has custody of our 3 children.

I want to know if I have any legal recourse to seize assets from his estate through a civil suite, ect. I doubt very much he intends on leaving me/us anything after what he has done.

When and if your father dies, the personal representative of the estate can pursue the frozen assets. Until then there is nothing you can do.
