my father died 3 months ago in 1999 he did a living trust that says my brother can live in the house for 3 years if he can pay for it But in 2007 my dad did a reverse mortgage that pays dad 5,000 a month. My brother won't let us sell and is still collecting the 5,000 to live in dads house. We each 1/3 of the estate . We owe more than the house is worth . I can't afford a probate lawyer. can somesone else help us in Ca

Since it is costing you at least $2500 a month to have the situation continue, I find it hard to believe that you "can't afford an attorney."

Times are hard. Attorneys are eating worms and grubs and moving in with their parents. You will find one. Keep calling attorneys.
