Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

estate legalities

Can one of six children file a Quitclaim deed other than the one who was granted Power of Attorney described in the living trust of parents who died 12-23-02 and 4-10-03 respectively. Three of the children would like to settle the assets and three do not. My husband would like to find out what to do. Can the other 5 children ''dismiss'' the designated Power of Attorney and assign the successor to act in the trusts behalf?
