Estate percentage ok?
Can I leave my daughter 90% of my estate, and my nephews (3) 10% to split up? Are there any rules against using percentages rather than actual items in a living trust?

You can do that. There are no rules against using percentages.

Your proposal is actually the preferred way of splitting up an estate. The preferred way is it also have an attorney assist you.
