Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Estate Probate: I contested a will of a mentally ill family member! Just recieved a Notice of amended hearing for 1st & Final accounting of settlement! What does this mean? DId I win or is this just a notice? There is a hearing court date! But I am not required to show up! ANy ideas ? thanks

Either 1) Your attorney has settled the matter; or 2) You are trying to act as your own attorney and, because you don't know what you are doing, the court and the other parties to the case have ignored you.
