estate sale by executor
My sister is the executor of my fathers estate in California. She is offering ''possible personal financing'' on the sale of the house. Can this be done without the permission of the rest of us? (6 in all) This could result in a thirty year nightmare.

Yes. You can oppose the plan by making a motion in the probate asking the judge to prevent this.
