estate setlement other party to return property taken to be given back to me. party won't do. what can i do. i have already spent $50,000 to fight settlement.

Lawfully, the only way you can do this is through the courts.
Without more information as to whether this is a probate or a trust, or whether the person with the property is the executor or a third party, it is not possible to give you more assistance.
I realize that the legal system can be expensive, but there is likely no "self-help" remedy here.
