when you sign your part over to a person who wants an estate is this done at a lawyers office? Or if its sent to your home to sign do you get a copy of it?

I don't know about you, but I wouldn't sign my part over to anybody!
Anything you do need to sign can be signed anywhere, in other words in any geographic location, possibly in the presence of a notary if the document needs to be notarized.

I agree with the previous response. I would not sign away my "part" without appropriate consideration (payment)
