if a will exists who will inform me,
because i live in europe and he
died in california (usa). who will call
me???????

If you're named in the will the executor has a duty to try to contact you. Make sure the executor has your contact information. You can also look in the probate court's file to determine whether probate has even been open. Stay on top of it or you could lose out.
