Can a exactor of a estate get a way with not informing other siblings when a estate sale will be. When can a exactor be removed from handling the affairs.

If you are talking about an estate sale of personal possessions, then the executor doesn't really have to provide notice unless the will makes a specific gift of personal possessions that the executor is disregarding. That could give the heirs legal recourse.

As a rule, distribution of personal possessions works in only three ways 1) the children work it out for themselves; 2) they sue one another; or 3) the children grudgingly accept what has taken place.

To make it worse, these fights are almost always over items of sentimental value that have little to no monetary value.
