trustees of trusts are paid according to the provisions of the trust. for executor and attorneys fees for probate of wills (or in the event of intestacy) see probate code sections 10800 through 10814 at:

(1) The correct terminology for a will is "executor", and the fees are set by law according to the value of the estate (2) A trustee of a trust is paid according to the terms of the trust, and if the trust is silent on that issue, a "reasonable" amount.
