It seems a little late now to file an objection since your uncle was already named Special Administrator. Do you have any evidence that the uncle is adminstering the estate incorrectly or taking from the estate? Are you a beneficiary of the estate? If you are a beneficiary, you can demand an accounting of the estate to review income and expenses.

Mr. Jordan is correct. Were you served with notice of the hearing at which your Uncle was appointed? His saying you were a bully likely would not be enough to remove you. Did you file any opposition to his motion?
