what to do when executor leaves 1st mortgage in the name of" c/o estate of dead parent, but 2nd mortgage still says"dead parent". The estate has been closed but ive recieved none of the things the judge granted in the final accounting?its been over 30 days since the judge granted the executors bogus "accounting" and final report, in CA

You need to contact the executor regarding the distribution and the issues with the mortgages. Also, if you have issues regarding the approved accounting, you should contact an attorney regarding your ability to appeal or have the order set aside.
