Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I am Executor

I am executor of my Mom's estate. I

live in OR and my sisters live in CA.

My brother in law is very bullish and

I am fear he will try to move into my

Mom's house after her death. My

father passed recently and without

consulting me called all my parents

attorneys, financial people. Can I

legally stop him from doing this again

when Mom passes?
