can an executor sell the Estae, for almost nothing so no benificurary gets nothing. But executor does?

The executor could try - if for example, there is real property in the estate, the executor could try to sell it for less than fair market value. If the executor was granted full authority under the Independent Administration of Estates Act, then the beneficiary would receive only fifteen days notice by mail. The beneficiary would have the opportunity to file an objection with the court, which would prevent the sale until a hearing.
