executor time limits on will
As executor of my Mothers will, I would like to know how much time I have to distribute personal belonings of my mothers to my 2 sisters?

One needs to examine the will, othewise there is no specific time limit but the probate case must advance through the system. You can not distribute personal belongings based on a will without complying with probate laws. A will means nothing unless and until it is proven up in probate.
