executor of will

i am going to become the excutor of a small estate and am the sole benefecray of my parents will.i had do quit work 9 years in order to help my mom and dad.i now am behind in child support and owe back taxes.being excutor i would like to sell the house and give all the proceeds to my 19 yr old daughter or my x-wife and would like to know how this can be acomplplished without it all going to the tax man or d.a.no i am not dead beat dad just the L,A,D,A doesnt want to help any one with a problem

You can disclaim an inheritance within 9 months of the date of someone's death. If you do this, the inheritance goes to the "next in line." This would depend on what the will says--you have no say in directing the inheritance.

Before you disclaim, though, check with an attorney who will review your debts, because some types of debts do not allow you to disclaim the inheritance.
