Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Executors vs. Heirs

My grandmother had a trust and living will, the whole shebang. She appointed my mother and uncle as co-executors. Nothing is being done to settle her estate and they constantly fight over her checkbook and are going through every penny my grandmother had in her life. I am constantly put in the middle of the ''drama'' between my mother and uncle, yet nothing gets done except for when I step in and do it. I am 21 and though not specifically named in my grandmother's will, I meet the circumstances delineated in her will to qualify as an heir. Is there anything I can do or do I have any legal standing to try and take control of the estate so that things can be resolved?

Re: Executors vs. Heirs

You could petition the court to have them removed if they are not fulfilling their obligations.
