Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

executors

What can you do if you suspect the person appointed as executor,(also a beneficiary), is hiding assests that belong to the estate and lying about the existence of assests? He alone has keys to the estate and access to everything and refuses to let other members of the family into the house without his presence but comes and goes as he pleases. He also takes things from the house without letting anyone else see what he's taking i.e jewlrey boxes etc. Took key to a safe deposit box and says nothing in it.

An executor can be removed for negligence or wrong doing. Call me directly at 16198468947. Perhaps an inventory may be ordered with guarantees of accuracy.
