Executorship
My oldest brother who has the Executorship over our parents estate has apparently lost or inadvertently destroyed the Document.How do we obtain a copy of the Document in the state of California ?

the will should have been lodged with the probate court soon after death. if this was not done, your brother should contact the attorney who prepared the document to obtain a copy.
