My brother and I are co-executors of my father's will. My brother has power of attorney. My mother is still living. As co-executors, what are my responsibilities? My brother is not sharing any information.

You have a mess. Brother has whose power of attorney? Mother's or fathers? If father's, it died with him and has no legal effect. Without knowing what the will says, there is nothing else I can tell you except put this all in front of a lawyer in person.
