Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My ex-husband died 7/4/09 in CA. Do his sons in SC have the right to read his will? If so, how do they proceed?

It kind of depends on what his will states. If they are included, then of course they have a right to read and receive a copy of it. If they are not to receive anything, then they needed to be specifically omitted.
