Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Thank you for all of your expert answers, it's very much appreciated.

I saw a document from North Bay Title company. It showed that the original Trustor, not Trustee, was me. My name was on this document. It also read that the owner of the address was me as a trust. How could I be a trustor of a trust I didn't even know? Could my father have done this before he passed away? Thank you, respectfully, JC

Your question does not make sense as worded. You need to re-post it with a clearer description of the document, it's title, and what exactly it says. Otherwise there is no way to answer you.

There is no way to answer this without more information. It is not clear what document you were looking at, such as an actual recorded document, or a preliminary title report.
