Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Expired Trust

My share of a co-owned real estate was held in trust, the Trust has long since expired. The trustee has not been honoring requests to change the deed to reflect my current ownership. What legal documents do I need to initiate the process on my own, and is there a penalty in not honoring my requests as a sole beneficiary?

Re: Expired Trust

If you are the sole beneficiary, who co-owns the real estate with you? If the trustee is breaching its fiduciary duties to the trust and beneficiaries then there is an action against the trustee. You probably need to consult further with an attorney on this issue.
