What's happening is that there's an ongoing probate, but between the Administrator and the Lawyer, i'ts going very slowly and the court wants to know what's going on. The Administrator needs to file either a final petition for distribution, or a status report to explain why the probate isn't closing, or the Administrator will have to appear in court for an OSC (Order to Show Cause) as to why the judge shouldn't issue sanctions. Given that there's an objector, represented by an attorney, it's evident that there's an ongoing dispute that may not have yet been resolved and the judge wants to know why.
Suggest you obtain probate legal counsel to investigate this matter for you and make suggestions as to how te matter affects your rights in the action. The previous answer is correct, but there may be something that is being overlooked in this action that may benefit you.
