Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My ex-wife jsut cashed in my childrens' inheritance stocks. They were supposed to have access to them when they turned 22. My daughter turned 22 last October and my son turns 22 next March. She cashed in the stocks and kept the money. What is their recourse?
