Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I f someone is added to your bank account for convience and the will state that everything should be divided into fourths does that person get the money ?

if the account is a joint tenancy account, after being added to the account, the person has the same rights as you to use the funds, and at death would becom the owner of the entire account, regardless of any will or trust.
